Starting her professional career as a nurse, Kirsty has worked in both the private and public health sectors in a clinical capacity. Although a passionate nurse, it was Kirsty’s love for quality and mentoring that lead her into executive roles with a leading Melbourne metro hospital, managing quality improvement, complaints resolution, policy development and critical incident review.
Throughout her career, Kirsty has worked within the aged care, sub-acute and primary health care sectors, leading business units successfully through accreditation cycles within the RACGP Standards for General Practice and ACSAA quality frameworks.
Kirsty’s hands on collaborative approach is often called upon to mentor business managers and challenged businesses through areas of risk and compliance. Her proven track record for success has positioned teams as providers of choice throughout her career.

While completing a Commerce Degree in the mid-1980s at the University of Melbourne and directly following graduation, Lynda dedicated more than 15 years as a partner and owner of a Melbourne based public accounting practice that included developing innovative business services to private companies and non for profit organisations.
Lynda has over 30 years business strategy and leadership experience including the most recent seven years in senior management across general practice and primary health care service delivery. Lynda’s primary health care achievements include Springs Medical’s independently nominated and awarded as 2018 Victorian RACGP practice of the year.
