Medical Business Services

Medical Business Services is a Management Consulting business developed by Riwka Hagen and has operated since 2005!

In 2016, I switched from the 'side hustle' to the main game and learned many lessons in the process.

I'd love to share my knowledge with you, in the hope that we develop many more skilled and capable Management Consultants in the healthcare industry.

What is the cost of this program?

The standard program fee is $895 plus booking fees. We offer a one time discount of 40% off - available only until 11 February 2024. After this time, our course fees will not be discounted again! Discount applies automatically at the Checkout.

Tell me more about the monthly meetings

Meetings are scheduled monthly on the same day and time for each cohort and are 1.5 hours duration. Each cohort has a maximum number of participants (10) to ensure you can fully participate. The sessions will include

Training and resources sharing
Breakout sessions
Q & A

What happens if I can't make a meeting?

To maximise the opportunity for you to attend this Program, we offer an early morning and an evening cohort.

If you can't attend a meeting we will offer you a place in another group if possible. If that isn't suitable, you will have access to the recording of the meeting for 7 days. We STRONGLY encourage all participants to commit to attending all meetings to obtain the best Program experience.

I haven't started my Consulting business yet - is this Program appropriate for me?

Absolutely! This Program is suitable whether you have started your Consulting business or not. It is aimed to help you get started, develop and/or improve your business.

What are the pre-requisites to join this Program?

Your commitment to attend each meeting and participate
Your focus on completing the activities associated with each meeting and sharing your insights with the group
Access to a computer with camera, speakers and microphone so that you can participate. We recommend that you don't use your mobile phone to participate in the meetings
